Monthly In Person-60 Minute Sessions
Our 1-on-1 sessions are approximately 60 minutes. One hour dedicated training to your goal, including warm up, alignment, functional training, finishing with 5 minutes of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, to aid in muscle recovery.

**Packages are to be used within a 31 day period. 24 hr cancellation notices are appreciated. Less than 24 hr cancelation will result in a full session being used.
